Although I tend to freak out with the fear of unknown, especially when bone drilling, extraction and incisions are involved, Dr. Hegedus and everyone in the office did incredibly good job in making it as “pleasant” of an experience as possible. Through several visits to the office and two pretty invasive procedures, including tooth extraction and inserting an implant, I learned to appreciate the calm attentive care I got from Dr. Hegedus and his staff. Actual procedures were painless, and I always had follow up calls at home. In addition, being seeing on time, being helped with handling insurance information, bills and claims was made easy with the super efficient office manager. As much as I “enjoyed” the experience – I wish I don’t have to do it again – but if I do need more work in the future, will call Dr. Hegedus office.

Last week I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Hegedus. The 1st time I got a consultation from him I was told best possible solution was to do all 4 rather than 2 by 2. The procedure was very swift took 1hr tops. Also the healing process went smooth, no complaints and my follow up appointment went as thought it would be; swift, informative and received confirmation I healed to 100%. Glad I no longer have to think about getting my wisdom teeth extracted. I referred my co-worker to him and his recovery was just as fast as mine yet we both got 4 teeth extracted. Today my friend asked me about my surgery and how it was, what did I go thru. From showing him my x-ray prior to surgery he noticed the display was similar and found out it was Dr. Hegedus. What a coincidence! Great surgeon, would recommend him to anyone. I also had local anesthesia.

Dr. Hegedus did a wonderful job on my upper mouth. Last year I needed bone grafting to hold eight implants in place. The surgery went very well and I am thrilled with the results. I have a full set of teeth in my upper mouth. The doctor is not only a skilled surgeon but also a caring and dedicated professional.

Dr. Hegedus was an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him. My wisdom teeth broke through my gums and was in a lot of pain and looked like a chipmunk a few days before my vacation. Dr. Hegedus took great care of me, prescribed me antibiotics, gave me very specific and clear instructions, and the infection went away during my vacation exactly like he said it would. I scheduled my wisdom teeth removal after I came back and the process went very smoothly and I was in and out of there in a couple hours. My tooth was very close to a nerve but Dr hegedus handled it and I didn’t have any issues after surgery. I was nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out and heard horror stories of lots of pain, etc. But had a wonderful experience with dr. Hegedus and couldn’t have asked for a better oral surgeon.

I was a patient of Dr. Hegedus for a multi-step procedure that involved extraction, monitoring bone growth, a bone graft, and allowing proper healing before moving forward with an implant. It blows me away that I almost had a periodontist give me an implant 2 weeks after my extraction – Dr. Hegedus treated my extraction and implant like my dental health was the most important thing in the world and he followed best practices at every turn. I got the impression that Dr. Hegedus is the guy that everyone would want teaching the next generation of young surgeons. He is so methodical, precise, knowledgeable, and he has the calm confidence that he knows exactly what he is doing from being the most experienced surgeon at the top of his profession. Dr. Hegedus is not a “good” oral surgeon that you will be happy with, he is the best oral surgeon and you can be comfortable knowing that you are going to be in good hands no matter how serious or minor the procedure.
